Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate female TGT English teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students in middle and secondary school, fostering a love for the subject, and contributing to the overall academic growth of the students.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons based on the prescribed curriculum. Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English Literature or a related field. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory. Valid teaching certification (if applicable). Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a recognized school preferred. Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
