We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English

to teach students of the

Senior Section

. The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of the English language, a deep appreciation for literature, and the ability to inspire students through engaging, thought-provoking, and skill-oriented learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

English Language and Literature

to students of middle and senior school (Grades IX-XII). Design and deliver

interactive, analytical, and creative lessons

that enhance reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills. Foster

critical thinking, literary appreciation, and creative expression

through prose, poetry, drama, and essay writing. Prepare lesson plans aligned with the

CBSE/ICSE curriculum

and school objectives. Evaluate student performance through

assignments, projects, assessments, and classroom participation.

Provide individualized guidance and support to students to strengthen both academic and expressive skills. Encourage students' participation in

debates, elocution, drama, and literary club activities.

Maintain academic records, assessment reports, and parent communication effectively. Contribute actively to

school events, assemblies, literary festivals, and cultural programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:Educational Qualification:

M.A. in English (mandatory)

B.Ed. (mandatory)

Additional qualifications in

Education, Communication, or Linguistics

will be an advantage.

Experience:

2-5 years

of experience teaching English at the secondary or senior secondary level preferred. Exceptional fresh postgraduates with strong linguistic command and teaching aptitude may also apply.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication, diction, and written proficiency. Strong understanding of modern pedagogical approaches and assessment strategies. Passion for literature, creative writing, and language enrichment. Ability to integrate

digital tools, audio-visual aids, and smart boards

in teaching. Warm, patient, and inspiring personality that connects well with adolescents.
