We are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Primary English Teacher

to join our team at a reputed CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students in classes 1 to 5, fostering language skills, creativity, and a love for reading and writing.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English to primary grade students (Classes I-V) as per the CBSE curriculum. Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons using innovative and interactive teaching methods. Develop lesson plans and assess student performance regularly. Encourage student participation and build confidence in language skills. Prepare students for internal assessments and activities like storytelling, recitation, and creative writing. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions. Maintain records of student progress and provide feedback to parents.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification (any one or more):

Bachelor's degree in English / B.A. (English) B.Ed. (Mandatory for CBSE schools) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) for lower primary grades CTET or TET qualified (Preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of teaching English at the primary level in a CBSE school (preferred) Freshers with excellent communication and passion for teaching may also apply

Skills Required:

Strong command over spoken and written English Child-centric and engaging teaching style Familiarity with modern teaching aids, smart boards, and digital platforms Classroom management and lesson planning skills

Pay: ₹11,405.13 - ₹34,240.19 per month
