About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced

English Teacher

to join our growing academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with both

ICSE and CBSE curricula

and proven experience in teaching

secondary and senior secondary students (Grades 6-12)

. This role requires a creative educator who can deliver interactive and impactful

online learning experiences

while ensuring academic excellence and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

high-quality online English classes

aligned with ICSE and CBSE academic standards. Design and deliver

engaging study materials

such as copyright-free

PPTs, worksheets, and assessments

. Develop and implement

lesson plans

, academic

completion schedules

, and periodic

evaluations

. Prepare

question papers

,

weekly study plans

, and

performance reports

.

Mentor and guide students

, address learning gaps, and encourage holistic academic development. Organize and participate in

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

to discuss student progress and feedback. Maintain

classroom discipline and decorum

in an online setup. Participate in

training sessions

, collaborate with the academic team, and utilize

Learning Management Systems (LMS)

effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English

(mandatory).

B.Ed.

or equivalent teaching certification (preferred).

2-5 years

of proven experience teaching

ICSE and/or CBSE English

, preferably at the Grade 12 level. Strong understanding of

curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment practices

. Proficiency in

online teaching tools and platforms

(Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc.). Competence in

MS Office

and general

digital literacy

for creating and managing teaching materials. Excellent

communication, presentation, and classroom management skills

Technical & Infrastructure Requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
