Roles and Responsibilities: Curriculum Development and Implementation: Collaborate with middle school teachers to develop, implement, and enhance the curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and school objectives. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of instructional materials and methods. Teacher Support and Development: Provide guidance and support to middle school teachers in implementing effective teaching strategies. Conduct regular classroom observations and offer constructive feedback for professional growth. Coordinate and facilitate professional development sessions for middle school staff. Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Oversee the development and implementation of assessment strategies to measure student progress. Analyze assessment data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with teachers to address individual student needs. Classroom Management and Discipline: Support teachers in establishing and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with the school discipline team to address behavioral concerns and implement effective interventions. Parent and Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication and involvement. Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events. Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile and analyze academic data to generate reports for school administrators and stakeholders. Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommendations for academic improvement. Extracurricular Activities: Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the extracurricular activities available to middle school students. Skills and Competencies: Bachelor\'s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred. Teaching certification is mandatory. Proven experience in teaching English to high school students, preferably in classes 9 and 10. Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, and language arts.
