Job Description

The Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - English will be responsible for teaching English to students of Classes VI-X in alignment with CBSE curriculum standards, ensuring comprehensive development of language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. The teacher must plan and deliver structured, learner-centred lessons, integrate appropriate pedagogical practices, and conduct formative and summative assessments as per CBSE guidelines. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate academic records, creating an inclusive and disciplined classroom environment, fostering critical thinking and literary appreciation, and using modern teaching aids to enhance learning outcomes. The TGT English teacher is also expected to support co-scholastic activities, participate in school programmes, collaborate with departments for curriculum planning, communicate effectively with parents, and contribute to the holistic growth and overall academic excellence of students.
