Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature and language, a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, and the ability to engage students in developing their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons to students of varying abilities. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum aligned with educational standards and the school's objectives. Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment that encourages student participation and discipline. Student Support: Identify and support students' individual learning needs and provide additional help as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). o Teaching certification or license in English or a related subject area. o Proven experience as an English teacher or in a similar role. o Strong knowledge of English language and literature. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to inspire and motivate students. o Proficiency in using technology and educational software.
