Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a clear and fluent accent, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive English lessons that cater to the needs of primary school students. Focus on building students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills with proper pronunciation and fluency. Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in communication among students. Develop age-appropriate learning materials and activities that make English learning enjoyable. Assess, record, and report on students' progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain classroom discipline, a positive learning atmosphere, and a child-friendly approach. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure holistic development of students. Participate actively in school events, training programs, and academic initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Clear and fluent accent with strong pronunciation. Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage young learners through innovative teaching methods. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching children.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in English / Education or relevant field (B.Ed. preferred). Prior teaching experience at the primary level is desirable. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools will be an added advantage.
