Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Deliver high-quality instruction in English language and literature following the Cambridge International curriculum for grade 3 and 4 students. 2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote language acquisition, literacy skills, and critical thinking. 3. Use a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. 4. Assess student progress using a range of formative and summative assessments aligned with Cambridge International standards. 5. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning and growth. 6. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn and participate. 7. Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional practices across grade levels. 8. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in English language teaching and integrate them into classroom instruction. 9. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of Cambridge International curriculum. 10. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, assessments, and academic goals.
