Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and highly energetic English Teacher to inspire students in reading, writing, speaking, fostering a love for literature and effective communication within a supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Instruction:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans covering grammar, composition, reading comprehension, and diverse literary genres (fiction, poetry, etc.).

Assessment:

Create and grade assignments, essays, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback to support student growth.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive, orderly, and inclusive environment that encourages participation and intellectual curiosity.

Student Support:

Differentiate instruction for diverse learners, offer one-on-one help, and mentor students for competitions/debates.

Collaboration:

Work with colleagues, administration, and parents to align curriculum and monitor student progress.

Professional Development:

Stay current with educational best practices and new teaching methods.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree with B.Ed in English Literature. Excellent command in English communication and grammar. Proven teaching experience (middle school, high school, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
