Roles and Responsibilities:

Teach English to middle school students (grades 6 to 8) and ensure a well-rounded learning experience.
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities based on the prescribed curriculum.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
Manage student behavior and ensure the classroom is a safe and respectful space for all students.
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to monitor student progress and behavior.
Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
Keep up to date with new teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and curriculum updates.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English or English Literature (B.A. English or equivalent).
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
2-5 years of experience in teaching English at the middle school level.
Strong communication skills and command over the English language.
Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse needs.
In-depth knowledge of the English language, grammar, literature, and creative writing.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools, digital classrooms, and online learning platforms.
Excellent classroom management skills.

Position: Primary Teacher (PRT) - English

Roles and Responsibilities:

Teach English to primary school students (grades 1 to 5), focusing on basic language skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
Create and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that make learning fun and engaging.
Focus on building foundational literacy skills through a mix of storytelling, phonics, vocabulary building, and creative writing.
Assess students' progress regularly and provide feedback in a constructive and encouraging manner.
Organize interactive sessions such as group discussions, story-telling, and role-plays to make learning more dynamic.
Establish a positive learning environment where students feel safe and encouraged to express themselves.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
