Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Teacher to handle Senior Secondary grades (Classes 11 to 12 - CBSE). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of English language and literature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English to students from Grades 11 & 12 as per the CBSE curriculum. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles. Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations through concept clarity and skill-based practice. Provide academic support through remedial and doubt-clearing sessions. Foster a love for language, literature, and effective communication in students.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Master's Degree in English along with a B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching English at the Senior Secondary level (CBSE). Prior experience in a residential school is an added advantage. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong classroom management and student engagement capabilities.
