Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated Junior English Teacher to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of teaching experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an English teacher with 4 to 6 years in educational roles, demonstrating the ability to teach diverse student groups effectively.
• Must possess excellent command of the English language to deliver comprehensive and understandable lessons effectively. (Mandatory skill)
• Completion of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program is essential, ensuring you are well-prepared for the teaching profession. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in handling curricula related to Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) standards and execution.
• Primary Teacher (PRT) certification is required, demonstrating proficiency in foundational teaching skills and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster an engaging and interactive learning environment for students.
• Background in teaching within primary/secondary education, aligning with Podar Network standards and expectations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities, lesson planning, and student assessments efficiently.

• Deliver effective English instruction based on curriculum standards and established teaching methodologies.
