Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.ed) is necessary to ensure professional teaching standards are met (Mandatory skill).
• A Primary Teacher (PRT) certification to provide a comprehensive educational foundation (Mandatory skill).
• A Master's degree in Arts, specializing in English (M.A.), to enhance teaching proficiency and subject matter expertise (Mandatory skill).
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with parents to involve them in the educational process and progress of their children.
• Proven experience in curriculum development to create and adapt educational material that meets learning standards.
• Expertise in lesson planning that encourages active student engagement and fosters a dynamic learning environment.
