Job Description

Plan and deliver lessons in English language and literature in accordance with curriculum guidelines. Prepare teaching materials and resources to support student learning. Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance. Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and language fluency through interactive teaching methods. Maintain accurate student records including attendance and performance data. Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment. Organize and participate in school activities such as debates, elocution, drama, and literary competitions. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs. Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance teaching quality and curriculum delivery.
