We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

PGT English Teacher

to join our academic faculty. The ideal candidate should be passionate about literature and language, and committed to fostering students' communication skills, creativity, and critical thinking.

Roles & Responsibilities

:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to higher secondary students (Grades 11 and 12). Develop students' skills in reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and spoken English. Prepare and assess assignments, tests, and examinations in accordance with the curriculum. Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth. Encourage participation in debates, elocutions, literary clubs, and other co-curricular activities. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and events as required.

Requirements

:

Minimum

Associate Degree

in English, Literature, or related field.

2-3 years

of teaching experience in a similar role (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to inspire and connect with teenage learners. Proficiency in using digital teaching tools is an added advantage. Knowledge of both

English and Telugu

is desirable.
