The school is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our Secondary School team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and supporting the overall academic and personal development of students from classes 10th to 12th.
Responsibilities:
Deliver well-structured and engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
Teach English Language and Literature with a focus on grammar, reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills.
Conduct regular assessments such as tests, assignments, quizzes, and oral evaluations.
Evaluate student performance, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
Identify learning difficulties and offer remedial support when needed.
Collaborate with parents during PTMs to discuss student progress.
Encourage student participation, creativity, and confidence-building.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree is Mandatory
B.Ed , M.Ed
B.A or M.A in English
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
