Job Title:

Assistant to Director (English Stenographer)

Responsibilities:



Take dictation in shorthand and transcribe accurately. Draft and type letters, reports, and official documents. Record minutes of meetings and maintain records. Handle correspondence and confidential documents with utmost confidentiality. Provide direct clerical and administrative support to the Director. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication on behalf of the Director.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline. Proficiency in shorthand. Strong command of English (written & verbal). Knowledge of MS Office and document formatting. Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
