Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Spoken Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering spoken English courses to students, helping them improve their communication skills, fluency, and confidence in English. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, effective teaching strategies, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging spoken English training programs tailored to the needs of students at various proficiency levels. Conduct interactive sessions focused on improving students' speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar skills. Use a variety of teaching methods, including role-plays, group discussions, presentations, and multimedia resources, to enhance the learning experience. Assess students' language abilities through regular evaluations, feedback, and progress reports. Provide personalized coaching and guidance to help students overcome language barriers and build confidence in their spoken English. Create and maintain a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment that fosters student participation and engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum and adapt training materials to meet the evolving needs of students. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in language teaching to ensure the highest quality of instruction. Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as language clubs or speaking contests, to promote language practice outside the classroom. Track student attendance, participation, and progress, and report any issues to the Training Coordinator.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and tools for language instruction. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage students. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
