Role Purpose:
You will build and nurture long-term international client relationships through confident, clear spoken English and consistent follow-up--converting leads into customers and helping drive the company's export growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make structured outbound calls to international prospects to promote products, answer queries, and qualify leads.
Consistently follow up on leads and work to meet or exceed monthly conversion targets.
Log all interactions, updates and next steps accurately in the CRM.
Share market feedback and customer insights with sales/marketing to help refine offers and messaging.
Maintain a professional, friendly tone at all times to boost customer trust and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Fluent spoken English
with clear pronunciation and confident telephone presence (mandatory).
Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections calmly and professionally.
Result-oriented mindset with focus on meeting targets.
Quick learner and adaptable to different international accents and cultural expectations.
High level of integrity -- reliable follow-ups and accurate reporting.
Basic computer literacy, comfortable using CRMs and MS Office; good typing speed.
Experience & Education:
6 months to 2 years experience in international calling, telemarketing, or BPO (international voice) preferred.
Proven track record of meeting sales or calling targets is a strong plus.
Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
