Purpose of the Role:
To build and nurture lasting international client relationships by communicating confidently and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing directly to company growth through effective lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Make outbound calls to international clients to promote company offerings, address queries, and maintain positive client relationships.
Lead Conversion:
Follow up on potential leads and ensure consistent conversion against monthly targets.
CRM Management:
Update customer interactions, call notes, and lead progress regularly and accurately in the CRM system.
Market Intelligence:
Collect and share insights from international customer conversations to improve service strategies and support business growth.
Customer Experience:
Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions to enhance client trust and satisfaction.

Fluent English Communication:
Exceptional spoken English with clarity, confidence, and correct pronunciation.
Professionalism:
Maintains poise and positivity under pressure.
Result-Oriented:
Consistently meets or exceeds performance targets.

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in international calling, telemarketing, or BPO roles.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales/call targets.
Basic computer knowledge, CRM familiarity, and good typing speed.
Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
