Job Summary

1. We are looking for an English language trainer who has a good command of English communication and personality development.

2. She/he has 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to individuals or groups. Customize training programs to suit different learning needs (e.g., General English, Business English, Academic English). Use a variety of instructional techniques and tools to enhance learning and retention. Monitor and assess learners' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback. Maintain records of attendance, performance, and evaluations. Stay current with new teaching methods, tools, and best practices in English language training. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence. Conduct placement tests to assess the level of new learners. Collaborate with other trainers or departments to ensure consistency and quality of instruction.
