Role Summary

The Professional Chauffeur is a critical, patient-facing role responsible for providing safe, discreet, and comfortable transportation services to our international medical guests and their companions. You will be a key representative of IndiCure's commitment to safety and excellence, ensuring a stress-free experience during their visits to hospitals, clinics, and accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

Safe and Timely Transport:

Execute all scheduled transfers, including airport pick-ups/drop-offs and daily transportation between hotels, hospitals, and diagnostic centers, strictly adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols.

Patient Care:

Provide courteous and empathetic assistance to patients, many of whom are post-operative or frail, including handling luggage and ensuring comfortable ingress/egress from the vehicle.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Maintain the company vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring impeccable cleanliness, regular servicing, and road readiness at all times.

Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate daily schedules and unexpected changes efficiently with the designated Patient Case Manager.

Professionalism & Discretion:

Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, maintaining patient confidentiality and acting with tact and patience at all times.
Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate, hospitality, or healthcare environment. Possession of a valid professional driving license and a clean driving record. Excellent knowledge of local city roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes. Working knowledge of

English

is essential to communicate with international clients. Impeccable personal presentation, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
