Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assess communication skill levels and training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data. Develop customized training modules on topics such as: Verbal and written communication Presentation and public speaking Email and business writing Interpersonal and cross-cultural communication Active listening and feedback delivery Conflict resolution and negotiation Deliver interactive training sessions (in-person or virtual) using adult learning principles and engaging methodologies. Facilitate role plays, simulations, workshops, and group activities to reinforce learning. Provide individual coaching to employees who need personalized development plans. Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback and outcomes. Collaborate with department heads to align training goals with business objectives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in communication training and development.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
