Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer - Engineering Graduates (Corporate & Campus Drives) We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to train and prepare engineering graduates for corporate recruitment drives across various industries. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students' employability skills and aligning their professional behavior with industry expectations. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver soft skills training programs for engineering graduates tailored to different company recruitment drives Conduct sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, and workplace etiquette Train students on interview skills, including HR interviews, group discussions, and personal interviews Facilitate mock interviews, mock group discussions, and role-play activities aligned with specific company requirements Prepare candidates for corporate culture, professional ethics, and workplace readiness Customize training content based on company profiles, job roles, and hiring criteria Assess students' skill levels and provide individual feedback and improvement plans Track student progress and share performance reports with placement teams or management Collaborate with placement officers, faculty, and corporate coordinators to ensure effective training delivery Required Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and facilitation abilities In-depth understanding of corporate hiring processes and industry expectations Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor engineering graduates Knowledge of group discussion techniques, interview strategies, and professional behavior Adaptability to train students from diverse technical backgrounds Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Any Discipline (Master's degree preferred) Certification in Soft Skills Training / Corporate Training / Communication Skills is an added advantage Experience 2-5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in Engineering colleges Training institutes Corporate or campus recruitment preparation Work Environment Classroom training, workshops, and virtual sessions Interaction with students, placement teams, and corporate stakeholders Preferred Attributes Passion for training and mentoring young professionals Result-oriented approach with a focus on placement success Strong organizational and time-management skills
