Key Responsibilities:



Conduct engaging training sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, time management, and professional etiquette. Develop and customize training materials, presentations, and practical exercises to suit different learning styles. Facilitate role-plays, group discussions, and interactive activities to enhance participant engagement. Assess participants' progress through evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance tracking. Mentor and guide students individually to address personal and professional development areas. Collaborate with program coordinators and industry partners to align training content with current market requirements. Organize workshops, guest sessions, and seminars to provide broader learning exposure. Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on attendance, performance, and improvements. Track student progress from training to placement, ensuring effective placement support and follow-up. Liaise with placement officers and employers to facilitate job opportunities for trained participants. Continuously update training content based on industry trends and best practices. Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
