Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging sessions on

Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Communication Skills

. Train students in

Soft Skills

such as personality development, grooming, interview preparation, teamwork, leadership & workplace etiquette. Prepare lesson plans, activities, role plays, and assessments aligned with student levels. Track student progress and share regular feedback. Organize mock interviews, group discussions, presentations & confidence-building exercises. Maintain high training quality and ensure strong learning outcomes. Support Walkin Educate in workshops, events, and student training initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, HR, or related field. Excellent command of English - written & spoken. Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners of different age groups. Prior training/teaching experience preferred.
