Position: Trainer - English Communication & Workplace Readiness

Duration: 2 Months (Project-based)

About the Role

Brisk Olive Trust is seeking an experienced and dynamic English and Soft Skills Trainer to conduct short-term

training sessions for youth and women at Jewar ITI. The trainer will help participants develop communication

skills, workplace readiness, personality development, and interview confidence for employment opportunities in

and around the NIA area.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily sessions on Communication Basics, Spoken English, Etiquette, Personality Development, Soft
Skills, Workplace English, and Interview Readiness.

Deliver training as per the curriculum provided by Brisk Olive Trust. Use activity-based methods such as role plays and mock interviews. Assess trainees' progress and maintain class records. Motivate and ensure participation of rural learners. Coordinate with NGO project coordinator for reporting and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (English/Education preferred). Minimum 3 years of teaching/training experience in English communication or employability programs. Experience with NGOs, ITIs, or skill development programs preferred.
Skills Required

Strong English communication (spoken and written). Confident, engaging teaching style. Knowledge of employability and workplace etiquette. Ability to motivate and connect with rural youth and women.
Duration & Commitment

Tenure: 2 months (full-time, on-site at Jewar ITI) Working Days: 6 days/week Timings: As per class schedule Trainers performing well may receive certification and future teaching opportunities with Brisk Olive Trust.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
