Spoken English & Personality Development Trainer (Part-Time)

About Us:

We are a leading coaching institute specializing in competitive examination preparation. To enhance our students' success, we are introducing complementary Spoken English and Personality Development classes to boost their communication and soft skills.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

faculty member to teach Spoken English and Personality Development courses.

The ideal candidate will deliver a comprehensive 16-hour syllabus for each subject, designed to improve students' English language proficiency and personal development required for competitive exam success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive Spoken English classes covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation, and writing skills. Deliver Personality Development sessions focused on self-awareness, communication skills, confidence building, time and stress management, etiquette, and interview preparation. Use innovative teaching methods such as role-playing, group discussions, and practical exercises. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Motivate and engage students to actively participate and improve their soft skills effectively. Collaborate with institute management to ensure syllabus completion within allotted timeframe.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Communication, Psychology, Education, or related field. Proven experience teaching Spoken English and/or Personality Development, preferably to competitive exam aspirants. Excellent command over English language and communication skills. Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Strong interpersonal skills and passion for student development.

Working Hours:

Sunday Only - 4 hrs

Salary:

?300 per hour
