Organisation Name- Medhavi Foundation (www.medhavifoundation.org) Overview of the role: - To impart training and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcome Looking for a candidate who can give training to Students regarding Soft Skills Location- Delhi NCR Experience: Minimum 3 yrs of experience as Soft Skills Trainer or holder of an IELTS Certificate. Medhavi is driven by the commitment to develop the vocational skill manpower base in India by deploying a unique combination of best-in-class learning technologies, expert trainers in various streams and a nation-wide network of high-quality model skills training centers. Medhavi Foundation is registered as a not-for-profit organization under section-25 of the Indian Companies Act. 1956. To achieve its mission, Medhavi Foundation has tied-up with the National Skill Development Corporation, various corporations and several State Skill Missions and has the mandate to skill-train and create employment opportunities for 75,000+ youths by 2022. Apart from the short-term skill courses, Medhavi Foundation is a partner with renowned private Universities such as NMIMS Mumbai & Suresh Gyan Vihar University to offer Distance Education based formal degree programs. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver Communication/ Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training that empowers students to take up employment.
• Post-placement counseling of aspirants.
• E-Mail Etiquettes and drafting mail.
• Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays, experiential learning and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training
• Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback.
• Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level.
• Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
• Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement
• Assisting students one to one in learning.
• Counselling students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts.
• Excellent training delivery skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
• Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
• Commitment and ownership.

Prerequisites:

• Experienced and professionally qualified capable of delivering training for Personality and Soft skills for Corporate Companies interview Preparation.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in training.
• Coordinating with placement faculty coordinators for smooth conduct of the training classes
• Publishing the entire Training plan of the center.

Skills and Eligibility:

• International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Certificate holders will be preferred.
• Good Command over English language and excellent communication skills are needed.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Must be a resident of Delhi NCR location, if not then should be willing to relocate there.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 922,000.00 per month Benefits:
