Key Responsibilities

:

Deliver engaging lessons in

English

and

Social Studies

as per the curriculum for grades 4 to 6. Plan, prepare and implement lesson plans that facilitate active learning and critical thinking. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students' academic and personal growth. Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and regular feedback. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development. Participate in school events, meetings, and teacher training programs. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment. Encourage participation in co-curricular activities related to language and social sciences.

Required Qualifications

:

Educational Qualification

: Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) with relevant subject specialization.

Experience

: Minimum

3 years

of teaching experience in English and Social Studies for primary/middle school levels.

Language Skills

: Excellent

fluency in English (spoken and written)

is a must. Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualities

:

Creative and innovative approach to teaching. Passionate about education and student development. Comfortable with using digital tools or online teaching platforms (if needed). Team player with a proactive attitude.
