Your Role: The Master of Quality and Efficiency Are you a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment? You will be the crucial engine ensuring our designs transition into thousands of beautiful garments, maintaining supreme quality and meeting challenging deadlines. What You Will Do: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the garment production floor (cutting, sewing, finishing). Implement lean manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs. Train, mentor, and motivate a team of operators to achieve high productivity and superior craftsmanship. Strictly enforce Quality Control (QC) standards and implement corrective actions as needed. What We Are Looking For: Diploma/Degree in Textile/Garment Technology or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of proven supervisory experience in garment production.
