Kotak Life Insurance is hiring experienced sales professionals for Direct and Bancassurance (Banca) channels. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and insurance policy sales through direct customers and bank partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Channel
Generate business through field visits, referrals & provided leads
Meet customers and explain life insurance products
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with customers
Maintain follow-ups and ensure policy issuance
Bancassurance (Banca) Channel
Coordinate with bank staff and branch managers
Generate insurance leads from bank customers
Conduct joint calls and customer meetings
Achieve targets through bank channel sales
Maintain strong relationship with banking partners
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year experience in Life Insurance Sales
Experience in Direct / Banca Channel is mandatory
Graduate in any stream
Strong communication & convincing skills
Willingness to do field work
Target-oriented & self-motivated
