This role involves end-to-end academic planning and supervision of assigned subjects across Grades 1-6. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Macro planning of the academic program and activities, policies and processes along with the academic coordinator 2. End-to-end supervision of the program design and implementation for respective subjects 3. Ensuring students are achieving the outlined learning outcomes, and working with teachers and parents to help bridge the gaps 4. Guiding teachers to create a collaborative partnership with parents, and fostering a two way home school communication 5. Encouraging a collaborative and reflective culture amongst the teaching team 6. Cross-functional coordination with non-academic teams/ other coordinators to ensure a smooth whole-school working 7.
