Job Title: English Phonics Teacher (Online):

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

English Phonics Teacher

to deliver engaging and effective phonics-based lessons to young learners in an online environment. The ideal candidate will have proven online teaching experience, strong communication skills, and recognized certification in phonics instruction.

Key Responsibilities

Teach phonics, early reading skills, and basic English to young learners through online classes. Develop and deliver interactive, age-appropriate lessons that follow phonics teaching methodologies. Assess student performance and provide regular feedback to parents and/or school coordinators. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Use digital tools and online teaching platforms effectively to create an engaging learning experience. Create lesson materials, activities, and resources to support student learning. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners. Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, students, and the academic team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).

Certification in Phonics

(e.g., Jolly Phonics, Montessori Phonics, Synthetic Phonics, or equivalent).

Proven online teaching experience

, especially with young learners. Excellent

English language proficiency

and communication skills. Strong classroom management skills in an online learning environment. Ability to use online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, digital whiteboards, etc.). Creative, patient, and child-friendly teaching approach. Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with early childhood literacy programs. Ability to create fun and interactive digital learning materials. Familiarity with phonemic awareness strategies and early reading pedagogy.
