Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

English Language Training

Conduct spoken English and communication skills classes Improve students' pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, and grammar Train students for interviews, group discussions, and public speaking Help students develop aviation-specific communication skills

Personality Development (PD)

Build confidence, self-presentation, and interpersonal skills Train students in body language, attitude, and professional behavior Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and presentation sessions Motivate and mentor students for aviation careers

Grooming & Etiquette Training

Train students in aviation grooming standards (appearance, posture, hygiene) Teach professional etiquette, manners, and workplace conduct Guide students on uniform standards, makeup basics, and hair grooming (aviation-focused) Instill discipline, punctuality, and customer service mindset

Additional Responsibilities

Maintain training records and student performance reports Coordinate with academic and placement teams Participate in workshops, seminars, and academy events Support students in placement preparation

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidate only Certification or experience in Personality Development / Soft Skills / Grooming preferred Aviation training background will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
