Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and motivated English Master Teachers specializing in grades 1-10. This position offers an exciting opportunity for new educators to grow and contribute significantly to student's academic journeys. You will be responsible for delivering expert-level instruction, developing engaging curriculum content, and working collaboratively with fellow educators in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Live Classes:

Deliver interactive online classes in your subject(English).

Curriculum & Content Development:

Design engaging curriculum, lesson plans, and interactive PowerPoint presentations to facilitate effective learning.

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs):

Communicate with parents to discuss student progress, provide valuable feedback, and offer strategies for academic support.

Create a Positive Learning Environment:

Foster a motivating and supportive virtual classroom that encourages student participation and academic growth.

Mentorship & Collaboration:

Collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching strategies, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about teaching and eager to start their teaching career.

Expertise:

A strong understanding of subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Science, Robotics, and Coding) for grades 1-10.

Virtual Classroom Skills:

Ability to create engaging and interactive virtual classroom environments.

Communication:

Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage students in an online setting.

9 hours per day, 6 days a week

Compensation:
