Career Zone, a well-established coaching institute in Rajajinagar, is hiring an experienced

Part-Time UGC NET English Literature Faculty

to teach Paper 2 & support students preparing for NET/JRF examinations. We are looking for a passionate educator with strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a commitment to helping students achieve success.

Responsibilities

Teach

UGC NET English Literature (Paper 2)

in a clear, structured, and exam-oriented manner Cover

British Literature, American Literature, Literary Theory, Criticism, Indian Writing in English, European Literature

, and previous year trends Prepare lesson plans, PPTs, and content for classroom + online teaching Conduct

MCQ practice sessions

, mock tests, and doubt-clearing classes Guide students on

NET exam strategies, time management & answer selection

Evaluate student performance and share feedback for improvement Maintain a positive, motivating learning environment Take 6-8 hours of class per week (flexible as per faculty availability)

Requirements

Must have

UGC NET qualification in English

(NET or NET + JRF) Strong academic background in English Literature Previous teaching experience for NET coaching or degree-level literature preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to teach both

offline and online

(Zoom/Google Meet) Passion for teaching and mentoring students Weekend or evening availability preferred
