Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced
English Trainer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will help students improve their English communication skills (verbal and written), enhance their confidence, and prepare them for roles in customer service, BPO, and other sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging sessions on English grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Train students in soft skills, including email writing, telephonic communication, and interview preparation.
Use interactive and practical teaching methods to make learning effective and enjoyable.
Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students.
Maintain attendance and student performance records.
Collaborate with other trainers and coordinators to ensure smooth course delivery.
Requirements:
Graduate in English, Communication, or any relevant field.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Prior experience in teaching or training (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Passionate about teaching and youth development.
Ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of digital teaching tools (MS Office, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Fluency in local language(s) is an advantage.
