Key Responsibilities
Conduct English language training sessions (offline) as per curriculum
Assess learners' current proficiency levels and identify learning needs
Design lesson plans, activities, and assessments aligned with training objectives
Improve learners'
spoken English, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency
Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and progress reports
Encourage active participation through role plays, discussions, and presentations
Prepare learners for reading, communication and presentations.
Maintain attendance, records, and training documentation
