We are hiring English Language Trainer for Trivandrum & Kollam region.
BA/MA English Candidates are preferred

Responsibilities
**The post holder will be involved in running the IELTS Centre, preparing the IELTS teaching program, lectures and exams and providing the correct guidance and feedback to the students to enhance their English. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in teaching the students, must be highly motivated to develop the career of the students, and result oriented. Duties
Teaching IELTS including spoken English to the students \xc2\xb7 Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program \xc2\xb7 Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises \xc2\xb7 Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students \xc2\xb7 Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records
Qualifications and Skills
a) undergraduate degree or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree (3 years\xe2\x80\x99 full-time academic study, or a minimum of one year\xe2\x80\x99s full-time academic study in the case of a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree). And b) A TEFL/TESOL/IELTS qualification from a recognized institution (certificate level or above)
Or A degree in education (if supported by an undergraduate degree which includes studies focused on English Language) c) Substantial relevant teaching experience, the majority of which must relate to adult students . Benefits
