Job Description

Springboard School is looking for Fresheror an EXPERIENCED TEACHER to teach English in our school.

Should be willing to work from 8:15 - 4pm 6 days a week. Open to learning and taking constructive feedback

Teaching and counseling, Interactive teaching and learning

Performance assessment

Effective classroom management

Creative lesson plan development

Design, plan and conduct activities for balanced and age appropriate programs for Early years.

Provide opportunities for students to observe questions and investigate.

Should be able to utilize different modes of instructional methods ( introduction of the concepts through- Hands on activities, indoor/outdoor activities )

Maintain accurate and complete student records, and prepare descriptive reports based on teacher's observation during class activities
