Key Responsibilities
? Conduct offline Communicative English training sessions for students of diverse skill levels.
? Train students in speaking, writing, listening, and reading competencies.
? Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
? Enhance students' confidence through group discussions, debates, public speaking, and presentations.
? Provide individual feedback, performance tracking, and improvement plans.
? Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for corporate communication standards.
? Create an interactive classroom environment that encourages participation.
? Coordinate with academic management for curriculum planning and evaluation.
Eligibility Criteria
? Minimum 3 years of experience as a Communicative English/Soft Skills Trainer
? Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Education, Communication, or related fields (preferred)
? Experience working in training institutes, colleges, or corporate training environments
Additional Requirements
? Passion for teaching and skill development
? Ability to handle offline classroom batches
? Adaptability to institute training standards
? Creativity in teaching methodologies
