Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English Language to Classes 11 & 12.
Focus on correct pronunciation, spoken fluency, and comprehension with a
British English orientation

Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations (CBSE/ISC/State Board - as applicable).
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities aligned with curriculum standards.
Encourage analytical thinking, reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Assess and monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in English or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching senior secondary students (preferably Classes 11 & 12).
Native-level fluency or trained fluency in
British English pronunciation and usage
.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Experience with exam boards such as CBSE/ISC is preferred.
Strong understanding of grammar, and advanced writing techniques.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
TEFL/CELTA/TESOL certification or equivalent.
Experience teaching in an international or English-medium school setting.
Background in dramatics or spoken English training is a plus.
