Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate English & IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students preparing for the IELTS/PTE examination and improving their general English proficiency. You will play a key role in helping learners achieve their academic and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct IELTS training sessions (Academic and General) in all four modules - Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and practice exercises tailored to student levels. Conduct English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skill enhancement sessions. Evaluate students' performance through mock tests and provide constructive feedback. Track students' progress and provide reports or updates to stakeholders. Keep up-to-date with IELTS/PTE exam patterns, updates, and marking schemes. Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. Use technology and digital tools to enhance teaching effectiveness (online platforms) Customize teaching methods based on individual student needs (one-on-one or group coaching).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field. IELTS trainer certification or a valid IELTS score of 7.5+ preferred, if not then also it's fine. Proven experience in teaching English and/or IELTS preparation. Freshers may apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and engage students. Proficiency in using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with CEFR levels (A1-C2) is an added advantage.

Graduate freshers can apply as well

Working Conditions:

[Onsite] mode of instruction. 9:30 am to 6:00 pm 6 days workings Monday to Saturday
