Role Description - English Language Instructor (Full-Time | On-Site | Trichy)

We are looking for a

passionate and dedicated English Language Instructor

to join our dynamic team at Triumph Hub. This is a

full-time, on-site role

ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching and student transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver interactive English language classes covering

speaking, listening, reading, and writing

. Prepare students for English proficiency exams such as

IELTS, PTE, OET

, and others. Provide constructive feedback and support in

academic and professional writing

. Design engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs. Track student progress, conduct assessments, and ensure measurable learning outcomes. Collaborate with faculty members to enhance

curriculum design and training quality

.

Qualifications:

Solid foundation in

English language instruction and classroom management

. Prior experience in teaching or

academic writing support

is preferred. Strong communication skills with a

student-focused mindset

. Ability to create

engaging, innovative, and result-oriented lessons

. A

Bachelor's degree

in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

TESOL/TEFL certification

is a strong advantage and will be given preference.
