Team Leadership & Management
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
Assign leads and territories to team members
Monitor daily activities, attendance, and productivity
Resolve team conflicts and support professional growth
Set individual and team sales goals
Track sales performance and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met
Develop action plans to improve low performance
Drive site visits, bookings, and deal closures
Training & Coaching
Train new sales executives on products, pricing, and sales techniques
Conduct regular coaching sessions and sales meetings
Share best practices and market insights
Improve negotiation and closing skills of team members
Client Handling & Relationship Management
Handle high-value or critical clients
Assist the team in closing complex deals
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Marketing & Lead Management
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Ensure proper follow-up on all leads
Monitor CRM updates and lead conversion ratios
Optimize lead utilization and reduce lead leakage
Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on real estate market trends
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Track bookings, revenue, and pipeline status
Maintain proper documentation for sales and agreements
Compliance & Coordination
Coordinate with legal, CRM, finance, and site teams
Participate in project launches and events
Help design sales strategies and incentive plans
Support recruitment of new sales staff

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹54,165.65 per month
