Role Description

This is a full-time role for an English HOD at Niraj Public School located in Ameerpet. The English HOD will be responsible for overseeing the English department and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes. The role involves curriculum development, lesson planning, student assessment, and mentoring faculty members. The English HOD will collaborate with other department heads and leadership to implement best practices and maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in English or a related field with B.Ed. Strong knowledge and understanding of English language and literature Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary school level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning Knowledge of educational technology and its integration in the classroom Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and parents Understanding of educational trends and best practices in English teaching

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
