Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday, 8:10 AM - 3:30 PM (Second Saturday Off)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the English Department across grades to ensure excellence in teaching and learning outcomes. Develop and implement the English curriculum aligned with

CBSE and Cambridge

standards. Mentor, train, and guide English faculty to maintain high academic quality. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers. Organize and monitor assessments, evaluations, and language development programs. Plan and coordinate literary events, debates, reading clubs, and English week activities. Ensure effective lesson planning, resource development, and student engagement strategies. Collaborate with academic leadership to enhance language proficiency and communication skills among students. Support school-wide initiatives, academic audits, and staff development programs.

Requirements:

Only female candidates

to apply. Postgraduate in English / English Literature with

B.Ed or M.Ed

(mandatory). Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (HOD / Coordinator). Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills. Experience with

CBSE and/or Cambridge curriculum

preferred. Candidates should be

within a 10 km radius of Nallagandla

or

willing to relocate nearby
