Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a commitment to student success, and the ability to deliver engaging and effective instruction at the high school level (6th to 10th Grade).

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English language and literature courses as per curriculum requirements Develop and implement lesson plans that meet academic standards Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and projects Provide academic support and mentorship to students Participate in departmental meetings and curriculum development

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in English, English Literature, or a related field Prior teaching experience at school level is preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Familiarity with modern teaching tools and learning management systems Passion for teaching and inspiring students
